This season, Bora’s collection makes me think of what Russian nesting dolls would look like if they came to life as heroines in a surreal landscape of soft grey, mauve, acid orange and pink.

Exquisite draping and cheeky bows still stamps themselves on each piece as this is Bora’s unique signature. I enjoyed the departure from heavily structured skirts to floaty chiffon. He remains true to his urban edge with a glint of a metallic collar here and there. Pencil skirts keep it from becoming too feminine and allow the opportunity to power dress. The floral print is subtle and painterly and look to be almost embossed into the fabric.
